In collaboration with Harlequin Design, JOSEPH FASHION created a beautiful white winter wonderland scheme for their Christmas Window Displays, with stalactites and stalagmites coming from every direction and merging into a large ice structure.
The Christmas concept was born from the question:
- How to translate the triangle organza details as seen in the JOSEPH Pre SS15 collection?
Playing on this idea, JOSEPH recreates the triangular details as 3D shapes, referencing the festive season. This triangle motif is repeated throughout the various windows at JOSEPH stores, scaled up or down depending on the window size. The shape is realised in a mix of mediums, such as a frosted vinyl applied directly to glass, to create a depth of illuminated layers. The triangles create 3D white pyramids, which form a cave-like structure, enhanced with a background element of glowing light, giving the illusion of ice and snow.
